Hello! I am Delinec founder of Sweet Deli Bakery
The story of Sweet Deli is a true odyssey of passion for baking and love for the authentic flavors of Venezuela. It all began in 2020, when Delinec embarked on a quest to recreate the authentic Venezuelan guava bread, guided by the nostalgia of the flavors of her homeland. With dedication and patience, she experimented with recipes and techniques until she finally found the perfect formula.

As the Christmas season approached, Delinec took a bold step. She decided to take classes with a professional in the making of ham bread, an iconic element of Venezuelan festivities, she also immersed herself in the preparation of festive wreaths. It was at that moment that Delinec’s commitment to excellence in artisanal bakery was born.
